Se cumplen 46 años de la muerte de Tin Tan

El artista nació el 19 de septiembre de 1915 y lo bautizan como Germán Genaro Cipriano Gómez Valdés Castillo
Ciudad de México.- En un día como hoy, pero de 1973, fallece de cáncer el actor, cantante, comediante, músico y mexicano Germán Valdés ‘Tin Tan’.
El ícono mexicano comenzó su carrera como locutor de radio y luego incurrió en los teatros nacionales con el papel de ‘Topillo Tapas’.
Célebre por su personaje del ‘Pachuco de Oro’, actuó en más de 100 cintas y sobresalió en Calabacitas tiernas, La marca del zorrillo o El rey del barrio, entre otras.
También colaboró en el cine infantil de animación al doblar la voz de ‘Baloo’ en la cinta de Disney El libro de la selva y de ‘O’Malley’ en Los aristogatos.
En 1943 funda la productora Tin Tan Films, graba 11 discos, hace dos cortometrajes.
