Pasadena California, EUU.- Este sábado, la cantante Chiquis Rivera, hija de la fallecida Jenni Rivera, ‘la diva de la banda’, se casó a puerta cerrada en un templo de Pasadena (California), con Lorenzo Méndez, exvocalista de La Original Banda El Limón.
La boda se celebró en la iglesia Westminster Presbyterian, una edificación de arquitectura gótica en la ciudad sede del Desfile de las Rosas, la fiesta estadounidense de Año Nuevo.
La ceremonia se celebró ‘a puerta cerrada’ por un contrato firmado por los ya recién casados, de 34 años ella y de 32 él, con sus padrinos patrocinadores.
El casamiento ‘estilo realeza de rancho’ será televisado en el ‘reality show’ conocido como ‘The Rivera’s’, cuya cuarta temporada comenzará el 11 de agosto por el canal NBC-Universo.
Armando Andrade, padrino de Victoria, la hija de Lorenzo Méndez, dijo a Efe que viajó desde Texas para asistir a la boda ‘de su compadre’ con Chiquis. (Fuente: Excélsior)
