Indicó que este año se buscará avanzar lo más posible en todo lo concerniente al Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción, a fin de armonizar las leyes respectivas
Villahermosa, Tabasco.- El presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política del Congreso local, José Antonio De La Vega Asmitia, afirmó que debido a la carga de trabajo que se espera para este Segundo Periodo Ordinario, se sesionará las veces que sea necesario, previo análisis y consenso con todas las fracciones parlamentarias, de los temas que se tengan pendientes.
De entrada, dijo el diputado, dentro de la agenda legislativa se tienen previstas importantes reformas de disposiciones constitucionales y nuevas leyes generales que fueron aprobadas en el Congreso de la Unión y que deben armonizarse para estar en sintonía con todo el país en diferentes temas.
En ese sentido, De la Vega Asmitia resaltó que en el marco del Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción, será necesario reformar la Constitución local y diversas normas, así como expedir las leyes del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupción, la de Responsabilidades Administrativas –mejor conocida como Ley “3de3”– y la de Justicia Administrativa.
Ello sin contar que además de que se deberán llevar a cabo reformas a las leyes orgánicas de los tres Poderes del Estado, a la Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública, se tendrá que establecer un Sistema Estatal Anticorrupción y una Fiscalía Especial Anticorrupción, así como calificar las cuentas públicas, aprobar la Ley de Ingresos y el Presupuesto de Egresos, y atender las comparecencias de los funcionarios para la Glosa del Informe de Gobierno, relató.
“Vamos a tratar de que este año podamos avanzar lo más posible a todo este conjunto de leyes; por eso podremos sesionar las veces que sea necesario, inclusive los fines de semana, pero previo consenso de los temas para bajarlos al Pleno ya discutidos por todos”, reiteró José Antonio De La Vega Asmitia.
Por otro lado, indicó que ante la crisis económica que enfrenta el país, en Tabasco se deberá seguir aplicando una política de austeridad, porque casi el 88 por ciento del presupuesto que se ejerce en la entidad es de origen federal, mismo que se ha visto afectado por la drástica caída de los precios del petróleo a nivel mundial.
“Tendremos que ajustarnos el cinturón en todo el país, y en Tabasco tenemos que seguir viendo hacia delante y trabajar con lo que tengamos”, manifestó el diputado al comentar que en lo que respecta al Instituto Electoral y de Participación Ciudadana (IEPCT) –que este año solicitó la ampliación de su presupuesto–, que 2017 no es electoral, por lo que deben ceñirse a lo que les autoricen, “y no pedir recursos adicionales”.
Finalmente, al referirse a los diputados independientes, el presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política afirmó que no les hará la invitación a sumarse a la bancada del PRD, “porque ellos toman las decisiones que mejor convienen a sus intereses políticos y personales”, pero sostuvo que su partido tiene las puertas abiertas en caso de que alguno de ellos o cualquier ciudadano desee afiliarse.
