Chetumal, Quintana Roo.- El gobernador Roberto Borge Angulo asistió hoy a la presentación del libro “Lo que dije”, de la autoría del chetumaleño Enrique Alonso Alcocer, a quien felicitó por ser “un quintanarroense capaz de poner la historia local a disposición de las nuevas generaciones”.

—Estoy seguro de que este será un libro que le gustará mucho a tus amigos y a nuestros paisanos, que te conocen y te reconocen la valía del ser amigo —dijo el Gobernador—. Te felicito por gozar de tanto reconocimiento de la sociedad chetumaleña y en muchos rincones del Estado, pero sobre todo por ser Enrique Alonso Alcocer, el amigo.

En el restaurante «Cristy’s de esta ciudad, el jefe del Ejecutivo destacó que en el libro “Lo que dije”, Alonso Alcocer desvela los lazos que unen en el transcurso de la historia de Quintana Roo a las familias chetumaleñas y cozumeleñas.

—Habla de esta sociedad joven, que ha luchado, que ha crecido con este gran Estado de Quintana Roo —explicó—. Desde sus inicios, como anexo a Yucatán, hasta convertirnos en Estado libre y soberano; ahí también hay vivencias de Enrique, de su infancia, de su juventud, de su madurez, pero sobre todo de las vivencias del hombre.

A su vez, Enrique Alonso Alcocer, acompañado por su esposa Gloria Serrato de Alonso, sus hijos, Enrique Alejandro, Aldo Ramón y Erick Roberto Alonso Serrato; hizo una breve reseña de «Lo que dije», obra que él mismo definió como «un ensayo en la literatura cotidiana», prologada por el periodista Jorge González Durán y auspiciada por la XIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado.

Cabe destacar que al evento asistieron el diputado presidente de la XIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, Pedro Flota Alcocer; Eduardo Espinosa Abuxapqui, presidente municipal de Othón P. Blanco; Raymundo King de la Rosa, presidente del Comité Directivo Estatal del PRI; familiares, amigos, empresarios, miembros del gabinete estatal, e integrantes de la clase política chetumaleña, entre otros invitados.
