Salto de Agua, Chiapas, a 04 de mayo del 2024.- A días de iniciar las campañas a Presidentes Municipales en el estado de Chiapas, documentación de proyectos de obra, involucran al actual alcalde de esta localidad por Morena, Román Mena de la Cruz, apodado «Chola», quien ya fue edil por el partido local Podemos Mover a Chiapas, en actos evidentes de corrupción al desviar recursos públicos en supuestas obras realizadas que no fueron entregadas y otras están inconclusas.
Como autoridad municipal, al ser alcalde por segunda ocasión (al saltar de un partido a otro), ahora al de Morena, a fin de lograr impunidad, mantiene un saqueo indiscriminado despilfarrando recursos del Ayuntamiento, lo cual fue detectado con documentos que obran en poder de Vertiente Global.
De acuerdo a los documentos de ejecución de obras, más de 300 comunidades serían beneficiadas en 2023 por Román Mena de la Cruz (a) «Chola», pero para mala fortuna de sus habitantes, estas no se llevaron a cabo y tampoco cumplió con beneficios a comunidades en condiciones de marginación, como la entrega de láminas de zinc, las cuales únicamente se presupuestaron pero jamás se otorgaron.
Lo más insólito de este affaire promovido por Román Mena de la Cruz, quien llego por el partido local Podemos Mover a Chiapas, es que como un real tránsfuga pegó el salto, al hoy partido oficial Morena, y ahora incrustó a Javier «El Pato» Herrera Ríos, como candidato morenista a la Presidencia Municipal.
Como empresario, Herrera Ríos, el año pasado obtuvo más de 12 contratos para entregar láminas de zinc y ejecutar la facturación de obras que según realizó otra constructora, y hoy es flamante candidato de los vivales que se apoderaron de Morena en esta localidad del estado de Chiapas, de la que el mandatario estatal debería investigar por afectar su investidura.
Hoy el «Pato» Herrera Ríos como le apodan, es el candidato y títere del actual Presidente Municipal conocido como «El Chola», a quien le otorgaron el voto en dos ocasiones y hoy enloquecido de poder quiere seguir usufructuando el erario municipal a través del «Pato» Herrera.
Es por ello, que el actual alcalde de Salto de Agua, incluyó en la planilla de regidores a su hija y sobrina, Yoselin del Carmen Mena Rios, a quien han apuntado como Síndico de Hacienda, a fin de seguir manteniendo el poder tras del trono.
También, designó como candidata a la regiduría a Miriam Espinosa López, quien es funcionaria municipal en el INDEM en el departamento de la mujer, como la coordinadora, además de ser enlace de la entrega-recepción de la próxima administración, esto es juez y parte en un gobierno que ha saqueado los recursos públicos que deberían ser intocables por los funcionarios.
