“Desde Manzanero, Lara, Juan Gabriel y, sin duda, José Alfredo, hace 50 años que canto las canciones de México, desde Finlandia a Japón… el maestro Ferrusquilla hizo una canción histórica que vamos a cantar ahorita”, dijo antes de entonar Échame a mí la culpa, con la que el público lo acompañó cual coro monumental.
Iglesias comenzó esta gira de aniversario en 2018 en Taskent, Uzbekistán y llegó al Coloso de Reforma tras seis años de ausencia y curiosamente este show fue el sexto en este recinto desde 1999, en que se presentó por primera vez.
