MÉRIDA, Yucatán, 30 de julio 2021.- El Gobierno del Estado anuncia que a partir del lunes 2 de agosto los restaurantes podrán funcionar hasta las 11 de la noche y sus trabajadores contarán con un permiso especial para transitar hasta las 12:30 a.m. a fin de que puedan trasladarse a sus hogares luego de su jornada.
Se mantiene la restricción a la movilidad nocturna de 11:30 de la noche a 5 de la mañana.
Esta nueva disposición se da por las reuniones constantes que el Gobierno del Estado ha sostenido con empresarios de esta industria para conocer sus inquietudes y necesidades; así como para encontrar acuerdos que permitan continuar con la reactivación económica de Yucatán.

- El propietario o representante legal del establecimiento debe enviar, vía oficio, un documento en formato Excel con los datos de los vehículos que requerirán el holograma de permiso, dirigido al Lic. Jaime David Victoria Palma, Director de Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios de la Secretaría de Salud de Yucatán (SSY).
El oficio se tendrá que entregar en la ventanilla de la Dirección de Protección Contra Riesgos Sanitarios en las instalaciones de la SSY, ubicadas en calle 72 Número 463 x 53 y 55, colonia Centro, C.P. 97000, en Mérida.
- En un plazo de 5 días hábiles se les notificará para que puedan pasar a recoger las calcas.
- En caso de no contar con el formato de solicitud lo podrán pedir a través del correo electrónico, alicia.cejin@ssy.gob.mx.
El portador de dicho holograma será responsable de su correcto uso y deberá identificarse ante las autoridades que así lo requieran como trabajador o representante de la empresa restaurantera respectiva.
El vehículo será exclusivo para el transporte de personas y no es transferible ni podrá ser usado para fines distintos a los expresamente señalados anteriormente, de lo contrario la autorización será nula.
Multas
Por mal uso de estos permisos, el Gobierno del Estado retiraría los mismos al restaurante y se impondría al negocio una multa de hasta 89,000 pesos.
En caso de que el vehículo en cuestión realice o esté en proceso de reemplacamiento o cambio de propietario deberá gestionar un nuevo holograma. (Fuente: Megamedia)
