Revelaron que no se han realizado las averiguaciones más elementales para esclarecer los hechos y acceder a la verdad
Cancun, Quintana Roo, a 09 de febrero de 2021.- Los representantes del “Comité de víctimas del 9N”, recordaron que ya pasaron tres meses y aún no se sabe quién ordenó a los policías disparar contra el grupo de personas que protestaba para exigir un alto a los feminicidios, afuera del palacio municipal del Ayuntamiento de Benito Juárez, y a periodistas que cubrían los hechos.
Y es que se manifestaron esta mañana afuera de la Fiscalía General del Estado, para denunciar “el abandono y el olvido de las autoridades, que a tres meses de los pretenden pasar página hacia su próximo proceso electoral mientras que ningún policía ni autoridad ha sido imputado aún”.
También revelaron que no se han realizado las averiguaciones más elementales para esclarecer los hechos y acceder a la verdad.
“No hay fotos, no hay videos, no hay ADN, no hay casquillos, no hay declaraciones de los posibles culpables materiales, no hay más que impunidad”, aseveraron.
De igual forma lamentaron que a la fecha no se han cumplido los puntos de la recomendación de la Comisión de los Derechos Humanos en el estado.
Por su parte, Rosario Sosa, representante de las víctimas, adelantó que buscarán que la Federación atraiga las investigaciones del caso y que en caso de no proceder, entonces acudirán a instancias internacionales hasta conseguir justicia.
Por ultimo agrego: “Tenemos la siguiente audiencia el 23 de febrero y yo creo y les aseguro que se va diferir por cualquier cosa, estamos solicitando a la Fiscalía federal que atraiga nuestro caso para que realmente no haya impunidad”.
