Cancún, Quintana Roo a 26 de marzo e 2020.- Entre 2.8 a 3 millones de pesos que ingresaban por el horario extendido al municipio de Benito Juárez se dejarpan de percibir en por lo menos 15 días que durará el ordenamiento realizado por parte de la autoridad estatal, el cual señala que partir de este viernes 27 de septiembre y hasta el 10 de abril la venta de alcohol se restringe.
El director de fiscalizacion en benito Juárez, Alberto Covarrubias Cortés, señaló que la medida publicada en el Periódico Oficial es a partir de este viernes cuando los negocios que venden bebidas alcohólicas como restaurantes, tendrán un horario hasta las 23:00 horas, antes 3 o 4 de la mañana; mientras que en el caso de los establecimientos que venden “para llevar” como supermercados, tiendas de autoservicio y licorerías, contarán con horarios de lunes a sábado hasta las 22:00 horas y domingos hasta las 17:00 horas.
Informó que quien venda en horario no estipulado será sancionado, aunque corresponde al gobierno del estado esta facultad, no obstante recalcó que ante la medida que se pone en marcha se dejará de percibir entre 2.8 a 3 millones de pesos, montó que se ingresaba por el cobro de horario extendido a negocios.
Reafirmó que solo el municipio de Othón P. Blanco estará aplicando la Ley Seca.
Por último, el funcionario municipal, agregó que al día de hoy las 15 discotecas que existen en este destino se encuentran cerradas desde el pasado domingo, al igual que los seis casinos y bares.
