Ciudad de México 29 de enero de 2016.-La cantante colombiana Shakira rompió el récord mundial Guinness a la gira de música latina más exitosa al recaudar 421,6 millones de dólares por su ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour’, con lo que desbancó al mexicano Luis Miguel, reportó este jueves el medio especializado Billboard.
Y es que la intérprete de Barranquilla vendió 3,3 millones de boletos en 86 espectáculos, según datos que obtuvo Billboard Boxscore, con lo que superó las 2,9 millones de entradas por 409,5 millones de dólares que había conseguido el ‘Luis Miguel Tour 23-24’.
De hecho, la artista obtuvo el récord desde su concierto en el Estadio Vélez Sarsfield de Buenos Aires el 11 de diciembre pasado, cuando ya había alcanzado los 410,3 millones de dólares en ingresos, acotó el reporte.
Shakira también superó los ingresos del tour de Bad Bunny en 2022, cuando el puertorriqueño recaudó 314,1 millones de dólares el vender 1,9 millones de entradas, seguido por Karol G, quien ingresó 313,3 millones de dólares por 2,3 millones de boletos en su gira ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ de 2023 a 2024.
Reconocida por Billboard como la mejor artista pop latina de todos los tiempos, Shakira ha realizado una gira que contempla casi un centenar de conciertos y concluirá el 4 de abril con un show en Abu Dhabi, en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, tras un último espectáculo en Latinoamérica que será en Ciudad de México el 27 de febrero.
